Chrislyne I. Brumaire-Florence

Ms. Brumaire-Florence assumed the role of Executive Director in January 2025, bringing over 17 years of experience in early childhood education and a deep passion for child development.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children from diverse backgrounds, helping them grow and thrive during their formative years. I believe in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported. My approach is centered on fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

I am excited to collaborate with you and the dedicated staff at St. Alban’s to ensure that your children receive the best possible care and education. Together, we can create a positive and enriching experience that will lay the foundation for their future success.


Tamela Dawson

Ms. Dawson assumed the role of Assistant Programmatic Services Director in 2010.

Ms. Dawson began working for St. Alban’s in 1994 and hasn’t looked back. She began her work with the organization in the classroom and has since held various positions within the organization.

In all that she does, Ms. Dawson shows a genuine love for her work, the children, and the families that look to St. Alban’s for support.

 

Iliana Medina

Ms. Medina assumed the role of Assistant Director for South Miami in August 2016. Ms. Medina holds a Bachelor's Degree. She has twenty years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education and the Head Start program.  Ms. Medina was a Curriculum Specialist for 12 years. Early Childhood Education is Ms. Medina’s passion.

Before this role, she was the Director of Education at St. Albans for three years.  She is committed to serving the families and the children that come to our center.  Her goal is to expose the children to developmentally appropriate practices to prepare them to be school-ready.

Donnesha S. McBride

Ms. McBride is an organizational development leader and social impact strategist from Miami, Florida, dedicated to advancing educational equity and community empowerment. She serves as the Director of Center Operations & Strategic Initiatives. She holds degrees in Organizational Leadership, Political Science, and Organizational Development and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with a focus on diversity. Recognized as one of South Florida’s 40 Under 40 Leaders of Today and Tomorrow, she brings expertise in nonprofit management, program sustainability, and systemic change. Outside of work, she is an adventurer who finds joy in travel, fitness, and culinary exploration.

 

Tiphanie Wright

Ms.Wright is a psychology graduate student and the ERSEA Coordinator for St. Albans. She is passionate about helping others feel supported in the ways they need most, combining empathy with a strong commitment to service. In her free time, Tiphanie enjoys relaxing, going on nature walks, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
